Description

With the ENO Bergerac 2400 gas griddle, the first grill items hit the plate without delay. Its size suits 6 to 8 people and allows several foods to cook at the same time. The thick 1/4" cast iron plate heats quickly and can reach about 680°F for immediate searing. The multilayer enamel coating makes the plate waterproof and easy to clean. The plate is guaranteed for life. Two burners produce 5.6 kW (19,108 BTU). Raised edges contain splatter and guide juices toward a stainless steel grease tray. The stainless steel chassis is designed to withstand outdoor conditions.
