Description

The ENO Bergerac 3000 gas griddle offers a large cooking surface suitable for meals for 8 to 12 people. Multiple foods can cook at the same time. Its three burners deliver 6.9 kW (23,544 BTU), heating the plate quickly. The 1/4" cast iron plate can reach around 680°F for effective searing. The multilayer enamel coating protects the surface and simplifies cleaning. The plate is guaranteed for life. Raised edges guide juices toward a stainless steel grease tray. The stainless steel chassis is designed for outdoor use.
