Description

The ENO Bergerac 60 gas griddle lets you cook for up to 8 people on a single cooking surface. Meat, fish, and vegetables can be prepared at the same time without waiting between batches. Its thick 1/4" cast iron plate heats quickly and can reach about 680°F, allowing food to be seared immediately. The multilayer enamel coating makes the plate waterproof and easy to clean without scratching. The plate is guaranteed for life. The burner produces 5.6 kW (19,108 BTU), helping the griddle heat up quickly and handle multiple cooking batches. Raised edges guide juices toward a large stainless steel grease tray for easier cleanup. The galvanized steel chassis is designed for outdoor use. The griddle measures 23.64 inches wide, 22.46 inches deep, and 9.46 inches high.
