Description

Just minutes after lighting the ENO Bergerac 75 gas griddle, the first grill items are already on the plate. Its cooking surface suits about 8 to 10 people, leaving enough room to cook steaks, vegetables, shrimp, or skewers at the same time. The 1/4" thick cast iron plate heats quickly and can reach around 680°F for immediate searing. The multilayer enamel coating makes the surface waterproof and easy to clean. The plate is guaranteed for life. Three burners produce 6.9 kW (23,544 BTU). Raised edges contain splatter and guide juices toward a stainless steel grease tray. The galvanized steel chassis is designed for outdoor conditions.
