The structure, legs, cooking grates, burners, lower shelves, radiants, water pans, fittings, and pilot tubes of this grill are all made from 304 stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. Compared to units made of metal or 430 stainless steel, this unit is built to last. The 15,000 BTU stainless steel burners are spaced every 5.75 inches to ensure the most even heat distribution possible.
