What is the standard warranty on an appliance?
For residential use, the standard warranty on an appliance is generally 1 year. Some companies may offer longer coverage. Please refer to your appliance manufacturer’s guide for more information.
Do you offer protection plans or extended warranties?
Yes, you can extend your standard warranty with one of our additional protection plans. Depending on the products selected, tailored protection plans will be offered at the time of purchase.
Can I extend my protection plan?
Yes, you can extend your protection plan on various appliances. However, it is important to contact us at least 30 days before your warranty expires. For more information, email us at contact@signaturebachand.com or call 514-344-2425 (Montreal branch) or 418-623-9999 (Quebec branch).

What payment methods do you accept?
  • Online: Visa and MasterCard
  • In-store: Cash, cheque, debit card, Visa, and MasterCard
  • Bank transfers are also accepted.

Where can I find my order or contract number?

For online purchases, your number is located under ORDER INFORMATION as your reference number.

For in-store purchases, it appears in the top right corner of your sales receipt.

I made a purchase but have no tracking information.

Delivery

Are there delivery fees?
  • Purchase of $799.99 or more = $50
  • Purchase between $150 and $799.99 = 10% of pre-tax total
  • Purchase under $150 = $15
Are delivered items unpacked by the delivery team?
Yes, every item is unpacked and inspected upon delivery. Packaging materials will be collected.
What happens if items are damaged during delivery?
If any items are damaged, contact our after-sales service immediately by email at contact@signaturebachand.com or by phone at 514-344-2425 (Montreal) or 418-623-9999 (Quebec), including photos and details of the incident.
Do you take back my old appliance upon delivery?

Yes, on the day of delivery, our team will safely collect your old appliance upon request and ensure it is responsibly recycled.

Within our standard delivery area, collection and recycling service is included at no additional cost with the delivery of your new appliance.

Upon delivery, please ensure your old appliance is disconnected and drained. Also, please remove any obstacles (doors, storm doors, railings, or other) that could hinder the process.

The collection service is available for all appliances sold and delivered to your home by us. It is not available for in-store pickup. To ensure this service is available, simply add a product to your cart to see if the service is available. To add it, check the "Yes, collect and recycle my old appliance upon delivery" option in your cart before checking out.
