Return or Exchange Policy

We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with the products and services we offer. We encourage you to review all product features and specifications before placing your order.

All sales placed online or in-store are final.

However, if the product meets at least one of the following two conditions, you may be eligible for a free refund or exchange:

• The product, new and unused, has a defect, cosmetic damage or missing parts at the time of delivery;
• The new and unused product does not match the description presented on its information page on the website.

In these circumstances, we ask that you contact our customer service within 24 hours after delivery to discuss possible options:

• Online Purchases: Please use the chat to speak directly with an advisor or contact us by email at contact@jcperreault.com. Make sure you have your order number handy, which you can access via your order confirmation email or through your order history in your customer account.
• In-store Purchases: Please contact your branch directly by phone: Contact Us. Please have your purchase contract ready for your order.

Refund Policy

If your return or exchange request is subject to a refund, our team will normally process it within 5 business days.
